↩️ Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Item is not a final sale or clearance item
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened beauty and skincare products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will send you return instructions and the return address
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
