Warm Notes:
Proper collar fit is essential to prevent skin irritation. The receiver collar should fit snugly but allow one finger to slide comfortably between the strap and your pet’s neck.
Avoid leaving the collar on for more than 18 hours per day. Reposition the collar every 1 to 2 hours when possible.
Use the shock function only in emergencies. Begin with level 1 and increase gradually as needed.
If the collar is too long, trim the excess and carefully seal the edge with a lighter to prevent fraying.
For dogs with thick neck hair, longer screw caps are recommended for better contact.
Please note, the recorded sound volume is fixed and cannot be adjusted.
