From main posts to subsidiary pipes, LLDPE components to PE boards, fasteners to screws, ropes to platforms, Jiayuan uses high-quality materials that comply with international standards. Powder Coatings

Our playgrounds feature hot galvanized pipe with 2.2-3.0mm wall thickness, treated via degreasing, phosphate, and sandblasting to create a uniform surface. This is followed by electrostatic powder coating and high-temperature curing, providing long-lasting durability that resists chipping even under heavy impact or scratching.

Our advanced powder coating system prevents fading, enhances corrosion resistance, and maintains vibrant color and gloss retention, ensuring longevity and safety in outdoor environments.

Handcrafted and Polished Quality

Every playground piece is meticulously crafted by our technicians. Rigorous quality inspections ensure precise connections with the smallest gaps and smooth edges to prevent injury or damage to clothing. Each welding spot is polished before powder coating to enhance safety and aesthetics.

Connection System

Utilizing stainless, temper-resistant screws, nuts, and bolts with protective plastic caps, our connection system provides secure and safe installations free from sharp edges. The angled inner-threaded design guarantees straightforward assembly, robust structural integrity, and saves installation time.

Climbing and Connectors

Our climbing cables feature polyester with steel reinforced cores for optimal balance, grip, and durability. These cables provide an exciting and challenging play experience that promotes strength and coordination. Aluminum connectors enable flexible assembly angles, ensuring a safe and efficient installation process.

Fastener System

Our advanced fastener connection method ensures seamless joining between main posts and auxiliary pipes. Accessories such as panels, fences, and handrails attach easily and precisely, allowing for convenient replacement and adjustment with superior stability once screws are tightened.

Stair and Platform System

Constructed of heavy-duty punched steel with a thickness of 2.2mm, our non-slip stairs and platforms support loads exceeding two tons. Carefully designed punching and rubber surfaces enhance safety by absorbing impacts. The self-leveling system and dual bolt connections provide faster, precise installation with excellent structural stability.

LLDPE Components

Produced using food-grade Samsung powder through rotational molding, our plastic components are 6mm thick with vibrant, long-lasting colors. These components are durable for up to 15 years and come in over 14 themed designs including Ocean, Pirate, Jungle, California, Fancyland, Tree House, and Animal themes.

Maintenance is critical to the safety and longevity of playground equipment. Proper upkeep significantly reduces injury risk, with weekly maintenance lowering the probability to as little as 1%.

Installation Guide

Example as Below

Note: Locate all 18 pillars in the design, each with a diameter of 114mm. Numbers are indicated on packaging for easy identification.

Option 1: Pillars welded with foot-plates require securing to concrete floors with setscrews. For grassy ground, dig holes approximately 30x30cm, 40-60cm deep and pour concrete piers for support.

Option 2: Pillars with extra buried length of 40-60cm require assembly of the full structure first, followed by simultaneous hole digging. Ensure balance and levelness before pouring concrete and allow curing before use.
