Time Setting Instructions:

1. When the indicator light is on, press and hold the screen for 3 seconds to enter time setting mode. The hour digits will flash—release to adjust.

2. Hold the screen for 3 seconds again to set the minutes when the digits flash.

3. Continue holding the screen for 3 seconds to set the year (Y00 flashing), release and adjust accordingly.

4. Hold for 3 seconds to set the month when the month digits flash, then adjust the value.

5. Hold for 3 seconds to set the date, adjusting as the numbers flash. The watch exits the setting mode after 5 seconds of inactivity.

Important Tips: During time setting, avoid lengthy pauses between presses to prevent the watch from exiting to the main screen prematurely.
