Important Usage Notes:


Ensure a proper fit—collar should be snug but allow one finger between the strap and your pet’s neck to prevent irritation. Use the provided conductive silicone caps to protect the skin without compromising training effectiveness. Limit collar wear to less than 18 hours daily and adjust position every 1-2 hours. Use shock mode sparingly and start at the lowest level, increasing only if necessary. Trim excess collar length carefully and seal edges to avoid fraying. For pets with thick neck fur, use the longer screw caps provided. The collar does not receive signals while charging.
